KOSEE New Materials Co., Ltd. uses your contact details, material references and project information to answer questions, prepare quotes and follow up on the same project. Optional drawings help us assess your specifications.
Sample verification and shipping
When your sample request reaches shipping review, we ask for the delivery address to calculate freight. Businesses can give a company website or a supporting document. Students and graduates can give proof of study. Cover personal numbers, photographs and other details we do not need. We confirm freight with you before dispatch and share the necessary delivery details with the carrier.
Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts the site, checks submissions with Turnstile and stores sample, quote, project and shipping-review records. Resend delivers the notification and uploaded files to the KOSEE sales mailbox. The database stores form details and verification filenames. Sales matches related inquiries in a private project ledger. Google Analytics measures visits and submissions using page and event information and a random inquiry reference. Contact details, files, delivery addresses and project briefs stay out of analytics.
Retention and deletion
We keep correspondence, records and attachments for as long as the project, shipment and related follow-up require. To request access, a correction or deletion, email us from the address you used and include the inquiry reference if available. We verify the request and review the database, mailbox, attachments and project ledger. We will explain any records needed for an ongoing order or applicable recordkeeping.
